风口对冲天炉熔炼的影响

Influence of Tuyere Parameters on Cupola Melting

综述了风口参数选择的一般原则。根据我国的现状和作者等人的实验结果，着重讨论了射流速度对风口前区燃烧状况的影响，以及单风带大双冲天炉两排进风的交互作用问题。文中首次提出了风口相似准数的概念及用风口准数方程设计风口的设想。

篢he general principle of selection of tuyere parameters was sum-marised. Based on the present conditions of China and the result of his exper-iment the author focused the discussion on the influence of efflux velocity on the combustion in front zone of tuyere, as well as on the mutual effects of two tuyere rows in divided blast cupola with one common wind-belt. It was the first time that the author proposed a concept of tuyere analogue criterion and to use the tuyere criterion equation to design the tuyere.
