有机酯水玻璃自硬砂和呋喃树脂砂的应用特性效果分析

Application Characteristics and Effectiveness Analysis for Both the Organic Ester Hardened Sodium Silicate Bonded Self-Hardening Sand and the Furan Resin Bonded Sand

本文介绍了国内外呋喃树脂砂和有机酯水玻璃自硬砂的应用情况,并对其原材料、型砂特性和工艺性能,以及旧砂的再生回用和经济效益、社会效益等,进行了较为详细的分析。这对开展这两种新型砂工艺的研究和应用具有一定的参考价值。

In this paper,a systematic study has been performed on the application of furan resin sand and organic ester hardened sodium silicate bonded self- hardening sand at home and abroad, and the detailed analysis has been also performed on the characteristics and processing property of both the raw material and the molding sand,the used sand reclamation and reusability,the economic benefit and social effectiveness etc. These studied results have some reference value on the application and processing study of this two new molding sand.
