摘要
为了满足龙潭河钢管混凝土拱桥的建造要求,配制出了自密实C50微膨胀混凝土,该种混凝土具有工作性好、高强、早强、微膨胀等性能.同时研究了该种钢管混凝土的自应变特性和极限承载力等性能,结果表明,核心微膨胀混凝土处于三向受压状态,其极限承载力比普通钢管混凝土可提高7%左右.
In order to meet the construction requirements of Long-tan River arch bridge, we prepared the selfcompacting expensive C50 concrete that possesses good workability, high strength, high early strength and expansive properties. The self-strains of steel tube caused by the core concrete expansion and the maximum load beating capacity of steel tube filled with self-compacting exponsive concrete were all studied. The experimental results show that the core concrete is under three-dimensional suppressed, and the bearing capacity of steet tube filled with expansive concre is about 7 % more than that of common concrete filled steel tube. The construction application effect was good.
