大型宽厚板坯锻造工艺的探索

本文介绍了二重水压机车间仅用现有的设备、工装锻造最大达 6 0 0 0 mm×80 0 0 mm,厚度在 2 0 0 mm～ 5 0 0 mm板坯的工艺。其独特的筒体展伸工艺及体外锻造工艺开拓了小设备干大件的新路子 。

This paper introduces the forging process for heavy plate blank,which is up to 6000mm×8000mm and thickness is 200mm-500mm only with existing equipment and auxiliaries in water-hydraulic press shop Erzhong.The special cylinder expandion-extension and external forging process discovers a new method that a heavy piece maybe forged with a small equipment,it may be reference for the same trade or occupation of forging.
