摘要 血管性痴呆(VD,vascular dementia)是由各种脑血管病(卒中)导致的痴呆综合征,以缺血性卒中为主要病因.本研究拟通过对首次发生缺血性卒中的住院患者的研究,了解VD的危险因素,为防治提供依据.
