摘要
研究了在不同因素下从番茄中提取番茄红素的效果,确定了最佳的浸提工艺条件为:用氯仿作为提取剂,提取温度为40℃,时间为5h,物料比为1∶1(g∶mL)时,浸提效果最好。
Effect of different factors on the extraction of lycopene was studied. The optimum condition was obtained. When extractive temperature was 40℃,extractive time was 5 hours, the ratio of tomato to liquid was 1:1 (g:mL),using chloroform as extraction solvent could extract lycopene from tomato effectively.
