通过对中国造纸协会公布的中国造纸工业2004年度报告中的重点区域和主要企业发展趋势和核心作用进行框架分析,进而揭示我国纸业在高速发展中所出现的问题,寻求改善其发展战略,并探索缩短与国际大型企业在综合竞争力上差距的有效手段。

Through a frame analysis on the tread of development and core function of the key regions and major enterprises in the 2004 annual report of China＇s paper industry publicized by China Papermaking Association, the problems in the high speed development of China＇s paper industry are revealed and the effective measures for improving its development strategy and shortening the gap between the comprehensive competitiveness of China＇s paper industry and international large scale enterprises are explored.
