利用预处理技术对三倍体毛白杨进行深度脱木素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用120℃预汽蒸、120℃黑液预浸以及120℃黑液预浸与螺旋挤压相结合三种预处理技术对三倍体毛白杨NaOH-AQ法和KP法进行改良蒸煮,纸浆卡伯值降至15以下,达到了深度脱木素的目的。与常规的NaOH-AQ法蒸煮相比,120℃汽蒸预处理三倍体毛白杨NaOH-AQ法蒸煮,在相同用碱量和相近细浆得率下,纸浆卡伯值从16.7降至14.3;高温黑液预浸与挤压预处理三倍体毛白杨NaOH-AQ法蒸煮,在相近细浆得率和纸浆强度下,用碱量降低4%,纸浆卡伯值降至15.0。与常规KP法蒸煮细浆得率相近的情况下,高温黑液预浸处理三倍体毛白杨KP法蒸煮,用碱量降低2%,纸浆卡伯值降至14.1。 The pretreatment processes of pre-steaming at 120℃, black liquor treatment at 120℃ and the black liquor treatment at 120℃ followed by screw extrusion were applied in NaOH-AQ pulping and kraft pulping of the triploid of Populus Tomentosa, the Kappa numbers of the pulps obtained are decreased to 15 or lower and the extended delignification is achieved. Compared to conventional NaOH-AQ pulping, the Kappa numbers of the pulps obtained in NaOH-AQ pulping with 120℃ pre-steaming were decreased from 16.7 to 14.3 at the same alkali charge and pulp yield. In NaOH-AQ pulping with 120℃ black liquor treatment followed by screw extrusion the alkali charge is cut down 4% and the pulp Kappa numbers are decreased to 15.0. Compared to conventional kraft pulping, in kraft pulping with 120℃ black liquor treatment followed by screw extrusion the alkali charge is cut down 2% and the pulp Kappa numbers are decreased to 14.1 at the same pulp yield.
