通过对工程咨询/设计项目的质量特性、质量控制过程和质量的主要控制环节进行分析,针对工程项目在设计阶段所承揽的主要风险因素及其对建设工程质量特性的影响,提出了要关注客户要求、强化与顾客沟通、把好合同评审关、做好设计输入、加强设计评审等风险管理的对策。
