摘要
为考察以间歇精馏法富集C9芳烃混合物中的均三甲苯的适宜工艺条件,借助三对角矩阵法,建立间歇精馏模型对该过程进行了计算机模拟。以少量实验验证计算机模拟的可靠性,所得结果与预测值符合较好,表明计算机模拟方法可用于c。芳烃间歇精馏分离过程分析。利用此模拟方法分析了操作条件的变化对于间歇精馏分离情况的影响,并优选出最佳工艺条件。
To obtain the optimum operation condition of batch fractionating for enrichment of 1,3,5-Mesitylene from C9 aromatic mixture, a batch fractionating model is established and used to simulate the process based on tridiagonal matrix method. A few of experiments are employed to examine reliability of computer simulation. The results of those experiments which are consistent with the simula- tion forecast show that the computer simulation could describe real separating process of C9 aromatic mixture by batch distillation. Finally, a comparative analysis of the separation efficiency under the influence of variety in the operation conditions is carded out and employed to choose the optimum operation condition.
