摘要
在使用臭氧的场所,需要严格控制臭氧的浓度,以确保人身安全和工艺要求。本文研究使用紫外线辐射吸收法来测定臭氧浓度的方法,并给出了用单片机系统实现检测与控制臭氧浓度的实施方案。并通过实践证明,该方案成本低、效果好。
To make sure the safety of the operator and the common, in the occasion of the Ozone widely used, we should put the Ozone concentration under the control. The article studies how to use UV absorption to measure the Ozone concentration and give the practicable and feasible method of the Testing and Control System based on Microcontroller. It shows that, under the practicable occasion,less cost and better effect.
