摘要
为了寻求胎儿监护新参数,研究了89例脐动脉血流的时域和频域特征分析。采用AR谱估计方法,得到了典型的频谱。在时域分析中提出了FVR快速血流参数。应用Bayes最小错误率决策准则,对时域参数和AR模型参数,进行模式分类。
For searching new fetal monitoring parameter, this paper showes time domain and frequency domain feature analysis of umbilical artery blood flow velocity waveforms. By using AR parametric model and AR spectrum estimation, we obtatined the typical power spectra. However, we couldnt find characteristic parameter in frequency domain for diagnsis of normal and abnormal fetuses. In time domain, we found a new parameter: FVR (Fast Blood Volume Ratio) with correct diagnostic rate of 85.4% in 89 cases by using Bayes minimum error decision rule and leave one out test method. FVR is obviously better than other conventional time domain parameters.
