摘要
本文报道了应用实验应力分析法在300N、600N、900N力作用下对正常国人股骨和骨盆模型进行应力分布测定。定量给出了人体两侧股骨与骨盆结构模型各部位的线应变、主应变、主应力、主应力方向角度。确定了该结构模型的骨折好发部位。为预防人体两侧股骨与骨盆结构的损伤和设计内。
Using strain/stress analysis, strain/stress distribution on human pelvic model was measured under force action of 300,600, and 900 Newton (N) from a computerized driver. The model was prepared from fresh male cadaver, from Ls vertebra cephalad to mid-femur caudad. Linear strain, main stress (σ 1,σ 2) and strain, and direction and angle of main stress at different sites of the model were quantitatively calculated by computer. Sites of the model structure predisposed to fracture were determined. Biomechanical parameters were provided for prevention of human femur and pelvis injuries and device of internal and external fracture fixation instruments.
