产业结构演进过程及机理探究——以安徽省为例

ON EVOLVEMENT AND FORMING MECHANISM OF INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE——A Case of Anhui Province

本文从安徽产业结构的发展过程及现状着手,基于大量的分析资料与统计数据,引入三轴图方法绘制出安徽省及各地区产业结构演进解析图。图解十分直观形象反映出安徽省及各地区产业结构演进的路径与态势,并由此分析出产业结构动态变化的特征及其形成演化机理。最后基于实际情况,提出了产业结构合理化与升级的对策与建议。

Starting with the developing actuality of industrial structure in Anhui province, this paper presents its process and current situation, and points out the significance of the study is that analyses and probes into its evolvement course and characters, so that we can find out its internal mechanism of development and restricted factor. Research method of the theme is emphasis of this paper. Here the authors write up the directive ideas, theoretical bases, picking indexes, constructing aft＇me reference frame of “three-axis＇ map” method, and hereby we can compartmentalize industrial structure into six phases. In this frame, the pattern circumvolving towards left and right are the two paths of its evolvement. The right one conforms to the general rule, which is coherent with “Chenery-Sequence Theory”. Based on a great deal of statistical data, this paper draws the evolving schematic diagram of industrial structure during the practical analysis of every district in Anhui through applying the “three-axis＇ map”. And then the evolving situations are observed directly and visually. Empirical results indicate： a） The evolving model of industrial structural in Anhui is the right-rotating model at the macro level, and the speed of evolvement after the year 1978 is quicker than before, b） The evolvement models of industrial structure are different among seventeen regions in Anhui for many reasons （ natural resources endowment, economic situation, regional history, geographic location and so on ）. For example, the centre of industrial structure in the regions with abundant mineral resources goes into the third quadrant earlier than that in the agricultural regions; The industrial structure in Chuzhou region, for another instance, is more advanced than that in the Fuyang region, for Chuzhou adjoins the south of Jiangsu province which is fairly developed region, and which does good to development of Chuzhou to some degree. Finally, according to the current situation of Anhui, the authors give some advice and suggestions to promote rationalization and upgrade of regional industrial structure.
