摘要 二氧化钛具有稳定性好、光效率高和不产生二次污染等特点,有着广阔的应用前景。当前的研究热点为通过金属以及非金属的掺杂改性来提高其可见光活性及抑制电荷复合。介绍了二氧化钛非金属氮掺杂改性的研究进展。分别对氮掺杂机理、制备方法以及共掺杂等方面进行了详细的综述。 Titanium oxides has been widely used because it is stable, efficient and has no secondary pollution. Current work is focused on how to enhance visible spectral response and suppress efficiently the recombination of photoproduced electron-hole through metal and nonmetal doped-TiO2. The recent progress in research on nitrogendoped TiO2 is reviewed. The mechanism, preparation methods and co-doping of nitrogen-doped TiO2 are discussed in detail.
