摘要
本文在企业治理机制与企业创新关系研究中引入经营管理者行为这一独立研究变量,综合几种治理机制,重点分析了不同治理机制如何通过经营者的行为(关注企业长期发展和能力的发挥)对企业突变创新、渐进创新选择产生影响。在前人研究基础上,本文尝试建立治理机制对企业技术创新影响关系的分析框架,并揭示企业治理机制对创新活动的影响路径和机理,为企业技术创新管理提供理论依据。
The paper studies the managers' behavior on the relationship between corporate governance mechanisms and firm innovation. By examining an array of governance mechanisms, we analyze how different governance mechanisms influence the chosen between radical innovation and incremental innovation through managers' behavior ( the leverage of CEO ' s capability and concerning firms ' long term development). The purpose of this paper is to establish a new framework used to explain the routine by which governance mechanisms influence the innovation activities.
