The character of China national innovation system and the integrating of innovational resource

创新资源整合是提高国家创新能力的重要手段,国家创新体系的特点直接影响并制约着创新资源整合的方式,也带来创新资源整合中的特殊问题。本文从政府与市场的关系、国家体制框架、技术创新模式和知识分配力四个维度,探讨了我国创新体系的特点,并进而分析我国创新资源整合的相关问题。

Integrating the Innovation Resource is a important way to improve a nation＇ s innovation ability. The Character of National Innovation System not noly directly influence and restrict the mode of Integrating the Innovation Resource, but also bring us special problem of integrating the innovation resource. This paper discusses the character of China National Innovation System from four dimen- siones which include the relationship between govement and market,the frame of national system,the mode of technological innovation and the knowledge distribution power,and then analyzes some problemes related to integrating China national innovational resource.
