空气喷磨机去除窝沟龋的扫描电镜观察 被引量:1

Scanning Electron Microscope Examination of Osseointegrated Implant in Conjunction with Alveolar Ridge Augmentation with BMP HA Combined Materials and Subperiosteal Implant

摘要 使用美国空气喷磨机(KCP1000),选用27μm颗粒、8.268×105Pa(120psi)气压、喷磨时间5~10s作为实验参数喷除新鲜离体人牙面窝沟龋。扫描电镜观察显示:KCP去龋干净,形成的釉质窝洞线角及洞缘圆钝,洞底粗糙不平,呈密集、不规则的凹凸状结构。实验结果提示KCP能有效去除窝沟龋,产生的形态学改变特别适合应用复合树脂的粘接。 The osseointegrated implants have been widly used in the clinic because of their high success rate. However, there are some limitations to the application of the osseointegrated implants on severely residual ridge, especially in posterior mandible and posterior maxila. Nowadays, a few scholars utilize the osseointegrated implant in conjunction with alveolar ridge augmentation. This experiment augmented the residual ridge with BMP HA combined materials steadied by subperiosteal implants and simultaneous osseointegrated implants. The results showed that the shape of augmented alveolar ridge was steady and the HA particales were surrounded by bone tissues 4 months later, and the interface of HA particles and osseointegrated implants was made up of bone tissues. Moreover, the subperiosteal implant was completly wrapped by bone tissues. So, it was proposed that the simultaneouse operation for ridge augmentation with HA particles and implantation of osseointegrated implants was feasible when BMP and subperiosteal implants were used.
