摘要
通过对变形链球菌野生株MT8148及其GTFI过度表达株作蔗糖依赖性粘附实验,发现随着起始接种菌量的增加,所构建的变链GTFI过度表达株蔗糖依赖性粘附能力明显下降,而MT8148无显著变化。扫描电镜揭示,这是由于GTFI过表达株的粘附模式发生了改变,即由错落有序的立体网状结构转变成片层状结构所致。作者推测这可能与葡聚糖合成的增加有关。
In vitro sucrose dependent adherence of S.mutans MT8148 and its GTFI over expression mutants at different initial inoculum were tested and their adherent ultrastructure were observed by scanning electronic microscope. It was found that as initial inoculum volumes increased the GTFI over expression mutants adhere less firmly and their adherence patterns changed from crossed webs or three dimensional nets to stratified fragment. The structure changes may be due to the increase of glucan synthesis.
