棉织物浸染活性艳绿的疵病及对策

Dip dyeing of cotton fabric with reactive brilliant green

棉织物浸染中,活性翠蓝与活性嫩黄拼染艳绿色,容易产生色点、色花、缸差以及湿牢度差等质量问题。通过染料的配伍性和溶解度试验,分析了这两只染料染色性能上的缺陷和差异,根据其扩散性、反应性、吸色率以及耐碱和盐的溶解稳定性等,给出合理的染色工艺和操作。

In cotton dip dyeing, quality problems existed in brilliant green shade combined with reactive turquoise blue and reactive yellow cream dyes easily emerged e.g. uneven listing, colored spot, color difference betwee vat and bad wet fastness. Based on the trials of dyes compatibility and solubility, it indicated that the problems caused by the difference between dyeing behaviour of two dyes. Therefore, corresponded to diffusibility, reactivity and dye-uptake of dyes, and dissolving stability of resistance to alkali and slat, the suitable dyeing process and operation were settled so as to ensure the quality of dyed products.
