后牙单端固定桥临床应用和远期疗效观察

Study of Posterior Cantilever Bridge: Clinical Application and Observation of Long term Curative Effects

后牙个别牙游离缺失在口腔临床是很常见的，随着人们对修复效果要求的提高，要求固定修复的病人越来越多。本文对１５例后牙单端固定桥修复的患者作了５年的随访观察，结合有关的生物力学研究，总结分析了这种修复的临床效果，结果表明，预后良好。

The loss of individual posterior teeth is very common. More and more patients want fixed restorations. But the prognosis of the posterior cantilever bridge is not very sure.In this study 15 cases of the posterior cantilever bri dges have been observed for 5 years.Most of the patients have favourable prognosis.According to the biomechanics of dental restoration and the clinical in vestigations,the posterior cantilever bridge is feasible for many patients.
