摘要
为了解超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)防治甲基紫精(PQ)诱导的口腔粘膜炎性损害的机理,采用目前唯一能直接检测自由基的电子自旋共振(ESR)技术,对金黄地鼠颊囊炎性组织中的自由基进行定性、定量研究,同时分析了SOD的作用效能。结果表明:炎性组织中有3种饱和功率不尽相同的自由基讯号,其中b峰属于氧自由基。SOD能使氧自由基相对含量显著降低,SOD组清除氧自由基的能力是对照组的65倍以上。
In order to understand the mechanisms of SOD for its anti inflammation function,a direct technique,electron spin resonance(ESR) spectroscopy,was used to investigate the free radical(FR) produced in hamster oral mucosa.The efficacy of SOD of scavenging OFR was also analyzed.The results showed that the spectra of the inflammatory tissues exhibited three different signals with different power saturation. Among these signals,signal b was most likely that of OFR. The relative OFR intensity was significantly reduced by SOD(P<0.05).The ability of scavenging OFR in SOD group was over 65 fold than that of control group.
