关于构建图书馆与IT业新型行业关系的思考

New Relationship between Library and IT Industries

分析图书馆与IT业的渊源关系,针对我国图书馆信息化过程中出现的主要问题,提出构建图书馆与IT业新型行业关系的主张。阐述构建这种关系所应遵循的原则,包括平等共存原则,利益平衡原则,协同发展原则等。并为图书馆业提出与 IT业构建这种新型行业关系的几点行动策略。

This paper analyzes the development of the relationship between the library and IT industry, Aiming at the main problems occurred in the Chinese library informatization, three principles that would shape the relationship between library and IT industry have been put forward. Based on the principles such as equality and coexistence, balance of benefit and the development of cooperation, as well as some strategies for library to construct a new industry relationship have been put forth, in order to enhance the understanding between each other, enforce the communication of technology, improve the development and popularization of products, participate in the digitalization and solve the copyright problem.
