摘要
在图书馆综合评价过程中,很多概念既具有不确定性(模糊性),又具有动态变化性。基于动态模糊集理论,提出图书馆动态模糊综合评价方法,解决图书馆综合评价中的动态模糊性问题,以期更客观、更科学、更准确地反映图书馆的综合评价结果。
In the comprehensive evaluation process of the library, many conceptions are not only fuzzy, but also dynamic. Based on dynamic fuzzy sets, the means of dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are put forward in this text. Dynamic fuzzy evaluation not only reflects the fuzzy degree of evaluation, but also forecasts the development direction of the library. This may solve the dynamic fuzzy problems in library comprehensive evaluation, and evaluate the library objectively.
