摘要
以我国现代图书馆的信息服务管理现状及发展动态为背景,对图书馆用户群体识别、用户需求特点、用户需求构成要素及用户需求了解方法等进行系统讨论。从理论上界定“用户满意度”这一图书馆信息服务创新研究中最重要的中介变量。初步探索图书馆用户满意测度的基本原则和方法,以为我国现代图书馆整体服务的规范化探寻一种科学有效的运作机制。
Based on the current situation and the development trend of the information service management in modern libraries of China, this article makes a systematic analysis on library user identification, characteristics, elements, and comprehension ways of user's demand, Then the paper goes further into the theoretical description on user's satisfaction the most important intervening variable during the innovation study of information service in libraries, Besides, the paper probes into the principles and methods of user's satisfaction measurement, and an effective operation mechanism is explored for the standard service in modern libraries of our country.
