A clinicopathologic analysis of 31 cases syringoma were reported.Histopathological findings showed many basophilic cellular groups (31 /31, of which 16 cases were tadpole-shaped,6 cases were dendritic),cystic gland tubes (21/31) and horn cyst (3/31).The most histologic pattern of the tumor was teratogenous sweat tube.The histogenesis and differential diagnosis were discussed briefly.
