摘要
用于灌装碳酸饮料的PET瓶经常会遇到应力开裂问题,文中从高分子物理角度进行开裂机理的分析,探讨关键性的根本因素-原料对应力开裂的影响,以及针对应力开裂问题所采取的预防措施。
The stress cracking exists frequently on CSD PET bottles. This paper analysed the principle of the stress cracking based on the macromolecule physics. At the same time, the raw materials were discussed which is the essential key factor influencing the stress cracking. The prevention measures were put forward.
