孪尾疏水缔合丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸钠/N,N-二辛基丙烯酰胺共聚物的合成与性能 被引量:3

Synthesis and Properties of Twin-tailed Hydrophobic Associated Acrylamide/Sodium Acrylate/Dioctylacrylamide Terpolymers

摘要 采取三元胶束共聚法合成了孪尾疏水缔合丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸钠/N,N-二辛基丙烯酰胺共聚物[P(AM/NaAA/DiC8AM)],采用FTIR、1H NMR测试技术进行了结构表征,研究了水溶液的粘度行为. 当总单体浓度在1.70~3.20 mol/L、DiC8AM摩尔分数为0.05%~0.40 %和SMR值为70~25时,在30 ℃、1 mol/L NaCl溶液中,P(AM/NaAA/DiC8AM)的特性粘数[η]为3.67~26.38 dL/g,Huggins常数KH为0.220~3.90,平均线团密度ρequ为0.116~0.681 g/dL,随总单体浓度的增加、疏水单体用量减少,[η]增加,KH、ρequ减少;在矿化度为19 334 μg/g盐水溶液中,随总单体质量浓度、疏水单体用量的增加及SMR值的减少,水溶液的表观粘度增加、临界缔合浓度降低. 结果表明,P(AM/NaAA/DiC8AM)的粘度性质和缔合行为取决于其特性粘数[η]的大小、疏水单体用量及其嵌段长度和分布. A series of twin-tailed hydrophobically associating water-soluble terpolymers poly (acrylamide/ sodium acrylate/dioctylacrylamide)[ P( AM/NaAA/DiC8AM)] were synthesized by micell copolymerization. These polymer systems were characterized by FFIR and ^1H NMR. Their viscosity behavior was examined. When c( total monomers) = 1.70 - 3.20 mot/L, x ( DiCs AM) = 0.05% - 0. 40% and SMR = 70 - 25, the intrinsic viscosity values [η] of the terpolymers, which were in the range of 3.67 -26. 38 dL/g, increased with the increase of the total monomer concentration and the decrease of the hydrophobe mole fraction at 30 ℃ and in 1 mot/L NaC1 aqueous solution while the Huggins constant KH and average coil density p,ρequ, which were in the ranges of 0. 220 -3.90 and 0. 116 -0. 681 g/dL respectively, decreased. In the 19 334 μg/g saline solution, the apparent viscosity of the terpolymer increased, but the critical association concentration decreased with the increase of the total monomer concentration and the hydrophobe mole fraction, and the decrease of SMR. The experimental results show that the properties and the association behavior of the terpolymers are pronouncedly dependent on the [ η] and the hydrophobe mole fraction of the polymer, as well as the block length and the distribution of the hydrophobe in the polymer chain.
