摘要
以量子化介观电路为基础,侧重数值方法考察和分析压缩参量对介观电路中电压、电流量子涨落的影响.结果表明,电压、电流量子涨落的乘积随压缩参量(r,θ)的变化曲线出现2个峰值,峰值出现在相同的r值处,其峰值比电压或者电流量子涨落的峰值大,且曲线关于θ=180°对称.
On the basis of the quan the quantum fluctuations of charge tizati and on of mesoscopic circuit, the effects of the squeezed parameters on voltage under the squeezed vacuum state are studied by the numerical technique. The results show that the variable curve of the product of the char fluctuation with squeezed parameter (r,θ) presents two values of amplitude accor ge din and voltage quantum g to the same r, the value of amplitude is larger than that of the charge or the voltage quantum fluctuation, and the curve is symmetry Key words with θ= 180°.
