摘要
通过调节Zr4+/Ti4+比对La3+、Sr2+掺杂的PZST反铁电陶瓷进行分析,从中得到两种能用于电压调节器件的陶瓷材料.在20~80℃时,这两种材料的相变电场随温度变化不大.材料的反向开关时间为1~12 μs,开关时间随反向相变电场的升高而减小,且与样品的尺寸有关.
By modulating the Zr^4+/Ti^4+ ratio of the La^3+,Sr%2+ modified antiferroelectric, two compositions useful for voltage regulation device has been found. The switching electric field have a little change in the range of 20~80℃. The backward switching time of the two compositions varies from 1μs to 12 μs. The difference of the time is related to the backward electric field and the size of the sample.
