摘要
采用椭圆偏振光谱法测量了新压电晶体S r3N bG a3S i2O14(SNG S)在可见光区的折射率,计算了折射率色散系数,拟合得到了Se llm e ier方程。并用紫外可见光双光束分光光度计测定了可见光区旋光率以及双折射率。
The refractive indices,extinction coefficients and index dispersion of Sr3NbGa3Si2O14 （SNGS）piezoelectric single crystal in the visible region were measured by means of ellipsometric spectroscopy. The optical activity and birefringence were determined by using the TU-1901 UV-VIS spectrophotometer.
