摘要
通过合理的工艺流程设计,在高速走丝线切割机床上采用二次切割加工工艺。在切割过程中通过正确选择切割路径、优化编程、调整切割参数,能够提高悬臂音叉类零件加工精度,消除内应力减小零件变形,降低加工面表面粗糙度。
The twice-cut process based on high-speed line cutter is described in the paper. By the way of reasonable design of technical process, such as proper cutting route, optimizing programming and adjusting of cutting parameters etc, the process accuracy of the parts (cantilever arm) can be improved. In addition, the inner stress, distortion and surface roughness of the parts will also be reduced.
