The "Three For People " Thought Reflects the Communist Party' s Purpose

“权为民所用,情为民所系,利为民所谋”的“三为民”思想从权力观、世界观、价值观、人生观等各个方面揭示了执政为谁的执政理念问题,重申和突出了全心全意为人民服务的伟大宗旨及其所具有的时代价值,实现了党的根本宗旨的抽象概念具体化、实在化、时代化。它从思想基础、实践过程、工作目标三个方面全面规范了党员干部执政为民的价值取向和行为取向,成为中国共产党执政兴国的思想保证和根本途径。

From the perspectives of power, world, value and outlook on life, the “Three for People ” thought —— “Power should be used for people, passion should be given for people and benefits should be made for people. ” reflects the governing concept which the government should govern for people and restates the great purpose of serving for people wholeheartedly and its practical significance. The thought makes the abstract concept of our party＇s sole purpose more detailed, practical and modernized, and it standardizes the values and conducts of the Communist Party members to govern for people from three aspects： ideological basis, practical process and working target. Therefore, the “Three for People” thought becomes the ideological guarantee and basic approach for the party to govern for the people and prospers our country.
