摘要
人事争议仲裁制度是保护和救济单位与个人的合法权益且具有中国特色的一种权益救济制度,它的重要作用受到了越来越广泛的重视。尽管中国的人事争议仲裁制度建设取得了很大的发展,但仍然需要在实践中进一步改革完善。
Arbitration system for personnel disputes, as one of the Chinese --styled systems to protect the rights and interests of individuals and organizations, draws more and more attention for its important role. Though the arbitration system for personnel disputes in China has achieved great development, it still needs further improverent in practice.
