摘要
随着激光技术的飞速发展和应用,激光对光学材料的损伤日益严重。本文从激光损伤的机理出发,总结了薄膜和块状玻璃材料的损伤影响因素,损伤机理及破坏形态。最后提出了提高光学材料激光损伤阈值的方法。
With the fast development and wide application of laser technology. The laser induced damage to optical materials was more and more serious. In this paper, based on the laser induced damage principle, the damage effects, damage mechanisms and damage forms were reviewed. At last, the suggest for improving the laser induced damage thresholds on optical materials was given.
