摘要
目的:探索低功率氦氖激光与紫外线照射血液(HIB)对大白兔血液LDL含量的影响。方法:大白兔分实验1组、实验2组与对照组,以波长为632.8nm,功率密度为5.4mW/cm2氦氖激光照射实验1组大白兔,每天20分钟,连续照射10天;对实验2组大白兔采用HIB法。用血清脂蛋白琼脂糖凝胶电泳法测定实验组与对照组HDL、LDL、VLDL的含量。结果:实验1组大白兔LDL水平有明显差异。结论:低功率氦氖激光能明显降低大白兔血清LDL的水平,而HIB对LDL含量无明显改变。
To probe the changes of low density lipoprotein (LDL) in rabbit's blood by low - energy laser or HIB. Methods: Rabbits were divided into experimental group and control group, The one experimental group was irradiated with He - Ne laser at the power density of 5.4mW/cm^2 for 20 minutes/per day and lasted for 10days. Another experimental group by HIB. The contents of serum LDL , high density lipoprotein (HDL) and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) were analysed by agarcse gel electrophoresis. Results: The content of LDL has significance difference between the group by laser and the control group . Conclusion: The level of rabbit serum LDL can be decreased by low - energy laser.
