摘要
目的:观察兔出血性休克后体温变化,液体复苏是否对这种改变产生影响。方法:通过放血的方法复制出血性休克大白兔动物模型,体温探头置于兔体内动态监测中心温度。在中心静脉压监测条件下常温液体复苏,维持复苏后动脉血压在休克前水平。结果:出血性休克后兔体温持续下降,在后期趋向平稳,液体复苏显著加重体温下降。结论:液体复苏作为出血性休克抢救过程中必须的措施,能使休克动物体温显著下降,提示在临床救治类似病例时应该积极预防,防止体温下降。
To observe changing of body temperature of haemorrhagic rabbits,if there is any influence on this change after volume treatment.we copied haemorrhagic rabbits model by bleeding,temperature detector was put into rabbits body to get motivating central temperature.Normal temperature fluid was given to resuscitate animals by controlling central vein pressure,keeping level of mean arterial pressure after volume treatment as the normal animal was.The result indicated rabbits body temperature decreased after hacmorrahge,but volume treatment worsened the decreasing significantly.which indicated we must preyent body temperature dcereasing in volume treatment of clinieally analogical patients.
