活性炭纤维去除饮用水中痕量有机物的效果 被引量:6

摘要 采用了两种活性炭纤维(ACF)对水中TOC、UV254、CHCl3三种痕量有机物指标的去除进行了初步的研究并与颗粒活性炭(GAC)进行了对比。吸附速率线表明,ACF1对TOC、CHCl3的吸附速率较快,对UV254的吸附速率三种吸附剂相差不大;吸附等温线表明,ACF1对TOC、UV254、CHCl3的去除效果最好,在相同的平衡浓度下,ACF1的吸附容量最大;对CHCl3动态吸附穿透曲线进一步验证了静态实验的结论:ACF1去除水中CHCl3的效果最好,且当原水流经吸附柱的流速V=2.0L/h时,其饱和吸附量最大,为151.73μg/g。本实验的研究还表明,ACF及GAC对于TOC、UV254、CHCl3的吸附性能与其比表面积成正比。 The removal of trace organic substances in water such as TOC, UV254, CHCl3, by two of activated carbon fibes(ACF) is studied in the paper, and the both ACF were compared with granular activated carbon(GAC). The adsorption velocity curves showed that high removal rate ofTOC ,CHCl3 could be obtained by ACFI, but there is no obvious difference in removal rate of UV254 by ACF or GAC. The adsorption isotherm results showed that ACFI was the best sorbent ofTOC, UV254, CHCl3, as if the equilibrium concentration was same, it has the greatest adsorption capacity. The conclusion of static experiment from the breakthrough curve of CHCl3 dynamic adsorption was drawn, i.e., ACF had the best removal effect for CHCl3 in water, moreover, when the flow rate of raw water through the adsorption column v=2.0L/h, its satuation adsorption quantity wa sthe greatest i.e.,151.73μg/g. The research also showed that the adsorplion performances of ACF and GAC on TOC, UV254, OHCl3 were directly proportional to its specific surface area.
