摘要
从活性污泥中筛选出一株絮凝剂产生菌Q-7,经鉴定为嗜温鞘氨醇杆菌(Sphingobacteriumthalpophilum),这是首次发现鞘氨醇杆菌产生絮凝剂。该菌能在淀粉废水中生长并产生絮凝剂,最佳培养条件为:(NH4)2SO41.9g、pH7.0、温度30℃、淀粉废水1L。该菌利用淀粉废水产生的絮凝剂能促进活性污泥的脱水作用。
A flocculant-producing bacterial swain Q-7 was isolated from activated sludge and identified as Sphingobacterium thalpophilum. It is the first time to find Sphingobacterium.sp producing bioflocculant. The bacterium can utilze starch wastewater to produce flocculant. The optimum culture conditions were (NH4)2SO4 1.9g; pH 7.0; temperature 30℃; starch wastewater 1L. This flocculant can promote the dehydration of activated sludge.
