摘要 本文在国际教师专业发展的大背景下,以幼儿教师职业形象的转变为基点,探讨了新形势下培养“反思型幼儿教师”的“全实践”课程设计理念,这是一种职前职后一体化的实践整合课程体系。这种课程体系的目的在于提升幼儿教师的反思境界,培养幼儿教师的教育实践智慧,张扬幼儿教师的个性特色,塑造富有主体精神与社会责任的幼儿教师新形象,促进幼儿教师的专业成长。 In the new context of international teacher professional development there should be a curricular designing idea of “comprehensive practice” to cultivate “a reflective nursery teacher”. This is an integrated practical course system before and in service. Its aim is to raise the teacher's reflective height and educational practical intelligence, to develop his or her distinct personality, and to shape a new image of the kindergarten teacher full of subjective spirit and social responsibility, thus promoting a kindergarten teacher’s professional growth.
