影响综合科学教师专业发展的因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 在综合科学教师专业发展过程中,除了遇到教师专业发展的一般性问题外,还要受一些独特因素的影响:教从未经历过的课程、综合课程对教师的开放性要求与科学教师职业特有的保守性和封闭性间的反差较大、工作负担过重使科学教师无暇扩充知识面。因此,必须要用“综合”的模式培养综合教师、改变教师封闭保守性的观念和态度、为科学教师“减负”。 In their professional development those teachers who are engaged in synthetical science are confronted with some special problems. First, they teach courses which they have never experienced. Second, their original professional trait of conservativeness is inconsistent with openness of the synthetical course. Third, they have no enough time to widen their knowledge. Accordingly, synthetical science teachers should be trained in an integrated way, their conservative attitude must be changed, and their overloads should be decreased.
