摘要
为了评价SBS在沥青中的相互作用性质以及提高SBS改性沥青的性能,采用粘度法研究了SBS在不同分散系中的分散性质。通过对所测得的系列数据进行系统分析和比较,发现SBS分子结构中的两个链段在不同性质的溶剂中溶解性质明显不同。在石油馏分组成的混合溶剂中,提高溶剂中芳香烃的数量,可以促进SBS聚苯乙烯段的分散,明显改善SBS的溶解分散性。这一结果在不同系列芳香烃含量的SBS改性沥青性能研究中也得到证实。
In order to estimate the interactional character of SBS in asphalt and improve the performance of SBS modified asphalt, dispersion character of SBS in different dispersing systems was studied by method of measure viscosity. According to the result analysis, authors found that in different solvent, each sect of SBS molecule had its own soluble character. In solvent which contained petroleum distill, increasing the content of aromatic hydrocarbon, could promote the dispersing of polystyrene sect in SBS molecule and markedly improve the dispersive performance of SBS. This result also was proved by the study of the performance of SBS modified asphalt with different content of aromatic hydrocarbon.
