摘要
为研究公路车辆对道路的破坏性,采用功能化虚拟样机(Functional Virtual Prototype)技术,基于多体系统动力学理论建立车辆系统的功能化虚拟样机,通过仿真得到车辆对道路的动态作用力;采用有限元方法(FEM)进行道路响应的研究,继而进行道路的疲劳断裂分析。最后形成一套完整的公路车辆对道路破坏性研究的系统化方法,并用于研究车辆设计、使用参数对道路破坏性影响的变化规律,提出了有关车辆设计与使用方面的有益建议。
Functional virtual prototype technology was used in the research of vehicle-generated road damage. The functional virtual prototype of vehicle system based on the multi-body system dynamics was used in calculating dynamic tire force. The FEM was used in calculating the road responses. From these responses, the fatigue crack cycle life of road was calculated. A full systematic method as this was used to assess the vehicle design and application parameters, and some helpful conclusions about vehicle design and application were made.
