摘要
精铸用树脂基模料,经反复回用,模料灰分含量超标,造成铸件表面不规则凹坑缺陷。在制模、脱蜡中应尽量减少模料被粉灰、砂料污梁;采用沉降法回收模料时应适当提高沉降温度和时间。另外,合理的浇注系统方案也可以减少蜡模夹灰(杂)缺陷。
Resins base pattern materials for sol silicate mold shell in investment casting will lead to the irregular cavity in castings surface due to the repetitive reclamation resulting in the over-standard of ash content in pattern materials.It is pointed out that pattern materials should avoid being polluted by powder ash and sand particle by any means during pattern-making and dewaxing,and deposition temperature and time should be properly increased during reclamation of pattern materials with static deposition.In addition,rational gating system can be helpful to reducing the ash-inclusion in wax pattern
