摘要 泛素-蛋白酶体通路是体内的重要调节通路,降解短命或异常的蛋白质,与多种疾病的病理过程相关。近年来发现泛素-蛋白酶体通路参与了多种病因学说导致的动脉粥样硬化发病过程,干扰泛素-蛋白酶体通路可能成为防治动脉粥样硬化的重要靶标。
