摘要
本文研究了特殊万向联轴器振动机构的发振机理。利用相位角为零的波形面切削,避开了钻头的冲击,并且由于切削时前角、后角等因素的变化,可以达到更好的钻孔效果。
fo this peper, it is Ptoched that special universal coupling mechanismProduces vibrating and using wave-shape surface cutting at zero degree of Phase-angle, shocks ofdrill edge are avoided.And with varying rake and clearance angles, better drilling result can beattained.
