摘要
把无相移滤波技术(Zero Phase Shifting Flter Technology)引入了旋转机械振动信号预处理领域。通过对模拟转子振动信号的实验研究表明,相比普通的数字滤波方法,无相移滤波不但具有普通数字滤波的优点,而且不会产生滤波前后的相位偏移,具有良好的应用前景,尤其对于需要准确相位计算的场合,用此预处理方法非常适合。
The Zero Phase Shifting Filter Technology was introduced to the field of rotating machinery vibration signal process. A simulate experiment was researched using the method, comparing to the normal digital filter technology, results showed that the method has no phase shifting between input vibration signal and outputS. The conclusion was obtained that the Zero Phase Shifting Filter Technology is better than the normal's in the field of rotating machinery vibration signal process field.
