摘要
根据可持续发展的原则与指导思想,建立了城市供热可持续发展模式评价指标体系,并将层次分析法首次应用到城市供热各种模式的可持续性的研究工作中,明确了评价指标的量化方法。以哈尔滨市供热中常用的七种模式为例,说明了评价方法以及评价结果对城市供热可持续发展模式研究的指导作用。
An overaU system analysis is conducted for a few common modes of heat supply in cities. On the principle and guiding ideology of sustainable development, the system of evaluation is formulated on indexes of sustainable development of heat supply in cities. It is the first time to use the method of hierarchical analysis in studying modes of sustainable development of heat supply in cities. Taking as example the seven commonly used seven modes of heat supply in Harbin as examples, description is provided on the method of evaluation and the guiding function of the result of evaluation in studying modes of sustainable development of heat supply in cities.
