摘要
尽管企业的战略执行在国内外受到越来越多的关注,但相关研究的匮乏使得实务界和学术界对战略执行的认识和理解尚不系统和深入,难以为中国企业有效地执行战略提供指导和借鉴。本文在文献回顾的基础上建立了一个由3个要素(共识、协同与控制)组成的关于企业战略执行力的理论框架,并据此通过问卷调查分析了中国企业战略执行的现状和影响执行力的主要因素。我们的研究表明,企业的综合战略执行力越强,战略执行效果越好。共识、协同与控制都分别对战略执行的效果有显著影响,但三者相比较,协同与控制的作用相对突出,共识对于目前中国企业战略执行有效性的贡献相对有限。
In spite of more and more attention paid both at home and abroad to the execution of enterprise strategy (EOES), owing to the shortness of relative researches, the academic circle and business communities have not had a systematic and deep recognition and understanding of EOES, and therefore these limited researches cannot provide guidance and reference needed by Chinese firms in the effective EOES.In this study, we have, on the basis of reviewing the related literature, established a three-factor (consensus, alignment and control) framework of the ability of EOES, and have, by means of questionnaire and this framework, investigated and analyzed the status quo of China's EOES and the main elements that effect the ability of EOES. Our study indicates that, the greater the comprehensive capability of EOES, the better the effect of EOES. Although each of the three factors mentioned above has, respectively, a significant impact on EOES, the functions of alignment and control are more prominent than those of consensus, which contributes less, relatively, to China's present EOES.
