摘要 利用等速测试及康复系统对优秀水球运动员膝关节肌群进行等速向心收缩测试与分析,结果发现,峰力矩可作为评价水球运动员膝关节肌力大小的一个敏感指标,峰力矩值越大,肌肉做功能力越强,做功效率越高。水球运动员膝关节慢速肌力与快速肌力呈非常显著相关,其左右膝关节肌力相当平衡,快速屈伸肌比率大于慢速屈伸肌,屈肌的慢速力量较弱。 By using the isokinetic test and rehabilitation system-BIODEXIII made in U. S. A., the knee muscles of excellent water polo men were tested and analysed. The test revealed that the peak torque could serve as a sensitive index of the water polo men's knee muscles strength. The higher the peak index was, the stronger the muscles acting ability and the more efficient the working was. The slow knee muscles and the fast knee muscles of the water polo men were closed related. The strength of the left and right knee muscles were generally equal. The ratio of fast flexors and extensions was larger than that of the slow flexors and extensions. The slow strength of the flexors was larger.
